・     Payment for registration fee must be made in Japanese yen.

・     Registration fees include admittance to all scientific programs and a book of abstracts.

 

Registration Procedure (for Oversea Participants Only)

1. Pre-Registration

Please fill out the Pre-registration Form and fax it to the Meeting Secretariat (Fax: +81-75-753-4197) by November 4^th, 2004.

Your registration will be completed with a confirmation notice sent by the Secretariat.

Deadline: November 4^th, 2004

Payment: Please pay registration fee (pre-registration rate noted above) at the Registration Desk during the conference period.

(No need to pay in advance. Please pay at the conference site.)

 

2. On-site Registration

If you do not register by November 4^th, please go to the Registration Desk and complete registration procedure at the conference site.
