The Molecular Biology Society of Japan (MBSJ) and the Biophysical Society of Japan (BSJ) have decided to collaborate to promote exchange and future joint research between members of each society.
The collaboration will last until the end of December 2025, and members of each society will be able to participate and present at the annual meetings of the two societies (MBSJ2025 and BSJ2025) during this period with the same membership status as each other.
In addition, the following eligibility requirements are also granted at the mutual annual meetings:

- "MBSJ2025 Poster Award" application (BSJ student members)
- "Matching Event" theme application (BSJ members)

- "Student Presentation Award" application (MBSJ student members)
Talking of BSJ, some of you may remember MBSJ2022. At BSJ2025 in Nara, “2025 Eve Fest” is scheduled to be held on the day before the meeting. We encourage all members, especially student members, to consider taking advantage of this occasion.
